    Hi Roman,
Do you have an active Wi-Fi connection with your K7 while using the app? Is the K7 turned on?
Do you have a VPN or firewall/virus scanner turned on? If so, try turning them off and see what happens.
Sometimes iPhones have trouble connecting to an Innovv camera. We recommend putting your iPhone in Airplane mode and then manually establishing a Wi-Fi connection with the K7.

    Hi William,
The camera LED can indeed flash rapidly if there’s no SD card inserted.
If the Wi-Fi LED flashes, it’s attempting to connect to your phone. It seems you’ve succeeded because you’ve adjusted your settings.
You should now be able to access your live feed in the app via the video camera icon.
Step by step, you’ll succeed, even with 67😉.

    Hi Arnon,
The red flashing can have different meanings; see the manual.
Did you format the SD card with the Innov app?
Can you use a multimeter to measure whether the yellow wire actually becomes de-energized? Or can you physically disconnect it? Then see what happens.
When the yellow wire becomes de-energized, it takes a moment (about 25 seconds) for the RC6 to shut down. This is to properly end an ongoing video recording. So, the RC6 doesn’t shut down immediately when the ignition is turned off.
Did you connect the red and black wires directly to the battery? Or are you using a Thunderbox, EZcan, or a similar solution?

    Hi Tony,
Download the latest firmware from the Innovv website and install it: https://innovv.com/pages/k3-dashcam-support
Everything will then be reset to factory settings, and your password will be reset to the default password of 12345678.

2026-02-25 at 23:44 in reply to: Continuous recording

    Hi Steven,

You can simply enable the Loop Recording Duration. The video will then be divided into separate video fragments with the length of the set loop time. Another advantage of loop recoding is that the recordings are made according to FIFO (first-in-first-out). This means that the oldest recording is overwritten by the newest recording. This prevents the K6 from stopping recording when the card is full. With a 256GB SD card, you have more than enough storage for many videos. The duration setting depends on what you want to do with the recordings. Do you want to work with many short recordings, or fewer but longer recordings? The choice is yours.
Please note that the K6 must remain on while downloading the videos and that the Wi-Fi timer must be disabled. In addition, the 2.4GHz connection isn’t the most optimal speed for downloading videos, especially if you want to download multiple videos at once. In that case, it’s better to insert the SD card into your computer. This is easier and faster.

    Hi John,
I don’t have an N2, but I do have the N1 Pro. It has the same problem with my Schuberth headset. The problem is that the N1/N2 can’t be paired with two Bluetooth devices simultaneously.

@INNOVV , could you please report this problem on to your R&D department?

    Hi Coran,
You’re getting power from an accessory connection; this connection might not be able to supply enough power. If it can’t supply enough power, the K6’s Wi-Fi module will switch off. The yellow wire should always be connected to a switched power supply, and the red and black wires to a continuous power supply.

    Hi William,
Again, could you explain what you’ve already tried and what steps you’re taking to get a live image? It’s a bit of a guess for us. In short, more information than just “I’ve done nothing but set up the unit” would be appreciated.
Does the K7 turn on or not?
What do the LEDs on the remote indicate?
Do you see the K7 Wi-Fi on your phone?
    How is the power connected?
Does the yellow wire receive power when you turn on the ignition?
    Any additional information?
    Etc. Etc.

    Hi William,
Could you please explain what you’ve already tried and what steps you’re taking to get a ‘live’ feed? It’s a bit of a guessing game for us. Please also indicate which phone model/brand you’re using.
The display in the app is primarily intended to check if the cameras are positioned correctly. You will need an active Wi-Fi connection for this.
In my experience with other Innovv cameras, the ‘live’ feed in the app is only available for a few minutes, after which the display stops. Furthermore, the display isn’t real-time, so it can’t be used as a replacement for your mirrors.

    Hi William,
I think you should be able to establish a Wi-Fi connection within a few seconds.
I don’t know if you’re trying to connect to Wi-Fi with an iPhone, but iPhones sometimes have trouble connecting to an Innovv camera. Try putting your iPhone in airplane mode and manually connecting to Wi-Fi. Do you have a VPN or virus scanner active on your phone?
The blue LED should be lit continuously when there’s an active Wi-Fi connection.

    Hi James,
Thanks for your feedback. I’ve learned a bit more too.

  • Hi Jason,
As far as I remember, the K2 app doesn’t allow you to customize the list view.
The fastest way to display large thumbnails is to insert the SD card into your computer.

    Hi Laurence,
I just tested my ThirdEye, and unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me.
I have the first-generation ThirdEye mirror version. So my version doesn’t have any memory.
    Hopefully, you’ll have better luck.

    Hi Guy,
I don’t understand why a beep was added to the ThirdEye. Okay, the beep during startup confirms that the ThirdEye is working.
But while riding, you’ll never hear the beep due to wind noise, helmet noise, etc. A Bluetooth connection to a headset would have been better.

  • Hi Jason,
None of the Innovv camera models have this option in their app.
All cameras use the same interface in the app. The K2 and H5 have their own app. The other models use the same app.
The N1 does offer large thumbnail previews, but that’s on the system itself. You still have to click on each file to see the thumbnail preview. So, even on the N1, you don’t have a complete overview with large thumbnail previews.
