If you have a Wi-Fi connection with the K6 and you want to connect another device to your phone via Wi-Fi, the connection with the K6 will be lost. Your phone can only establish one Wi-Fi connection at a time. So either with the K6 or with the Carpuride 502 -

Have you connected the power supply correctly? Red and black wires to continuous power, preferably connected directly to the battery. And the yellow wire to a switched power supply? Does this yellow wire lose voltage when the ignition is turned off?
Does the RC6 function properly otherwise? So, does it detect approaching traffic and record videos correctly?
The main unit starts vibrating…. As far as I know, there is no vibration function in the main unit. So what is vibrating then?
Can you re-flash the firmware? -

The yellow wire must be connected to your Honda’s ignition. This ensures that the K6 turns on and starts recording when the ignition is turned on, and also stops and turns off when the ignition is switched off.
The red and black wires must have a continuous power supply, so they should not be switched. See also the owner’s manual.

Depending on how fast the Wi-Fi LED blinks, this can have different meanings. So, different causes as well.
Can you see the K7’s Wi-Fi signal on your phone?
Do you have the possibility to try it with another phone to rule out whether the problem lies with the K7 or with your phone?

The loop function means that the oldest file is overwritten when the card is full. So, the principle of ‘first in, first out’.
If you only want to save one file, you should check how large your file is/can become and then look for an SD card that is no larger than the file you want to record. -

It is as Adam writes regarding the power supply.
The power consumption in standby is very minimal. With a battery in normal condition, you should certainly be able to leave the engine off for a few weeks. I have a K3 and a K5 connected myself and can even leave my motorcycle parked for 3 months with the alarm activated without any problems. -
It is possible that only the power supply is defective.
When the K3 starts up and the Wi-Fi module is switched on after a few seconds, more power is required. If this power is not sufficient, the K3 will switch off again. You can try powering the K3 with a USB power bank (minimum capacity 2Ah). Make sure to disconnect the power converter first.
If this does not work, then it is indeed possible that the K3 has become defective. If it is still under warranty, please contact your seller. -

Can you provide some more info on what you have already tried to view the live feed?
For example:- do you have a Wi-Fi connection to the camera?
- what actions do you perform in the app?
- any more info?

If you press this button in the app, what happens exactly? Perhaps you could send screenshots?
Does the screen remain completely black, is there text visible with the video feed (e.g. date/time, GPS data), and can you switch between the front and rear cameras? Do you see the image as in the 2nd picture?

If you cannot see the files on your phone, you might not have the correct codecs installed.
However, generally speaking, phones can play MP4 files without problems.
Can you also try it with another phone to see if the issue lies with the phone? -

Great that the problem has been solved and you can enjoy your K3 again.
I was aware of the issue with the 32GB SD card firmware update. However, I thought this had already been resolved in the latest firmware versions and that you could also use larger SD cards to update the firmware.
Okay, Innovv mentions the FAT32 format on their website for the K3 firmware update, but it isn’t clear that an SD card of up to 32GB is recommended in that case.Anyway, you can continue with your K3.

The 32GB card is basically only needed if you want to perform a firmware update. The K7 supports SD cards with a capacity of 512GB with a write speed higher than U1. Therefore, your SD card meets the stated specifications.
It is recommended to always format the SD card using the app. This ensures the file structure is set up correctly on the SD card. Also, format it again using the app after reading the SD card with a computer. I have personally experienced that after reading the SD card with a computer, the Innovv camera did not always work well with the SD card anymore. -
GPS data is present in the N2 (.ts) video recordings.

Do you have the option to test with another phone? This is to rule out whether the problem lies with the K7 or the phone.
If you set the resolution/bitrate lower, are you able to see the live feed then?
Do you not have a VPN or virus scanner enabled on your phone?
