The flashing blue LED indicates that there is no Wi-Fi connection. Without a Wi-Fi connection, you cannot watch or download videos.
The slowly flashing green LED means that a protected/accident/parking video is being saved. This is not saved in the standard folder, but in a special folder. Check if the recordings are there.
A protected video is saved when the button on the remote control is pressed. It’s possible that the remote control is defective, causing a video to be constantly protected. -
Hi Roman,
How do you view the recordings? Directly from the camera (Camera Files) or do you download them to your phone first (Local Files)?
Are you having the same problem with another phone?
What resolution settings are you using?
Can you post a “terrible” video? -
Hi Barry,
Are all the connectors still secure and dry inside? Is there any dirt on the radar unit?
Other than that, there’s little to test/check on the BSD.
I recommend contacting the seller to have the BSD replaced under warranty. -
Hi Corey,
Check all connections carefully to make sure they’re secure.
Is there any damaged cable?
If you started the RC6 manually, does it record video properly? Does it record video with the rear camera as well?
If you remove the SD card and then start it up, what happens? Perhaps try a different SD card?
Have you tried reloading the firmware? -
Hi Dougie,
You can use VLC.

Hi Corey,
The long beep and the nine short ones are normal.
Repeating this after a minute is not good. It seems like the system is rebooting. This is also because your camera isn’t booting automatically.
Given your camera issue, I suspect there’s a problem with the power supply. It’s possible that your power supply isn’t supplying enough power, causing your RC6 to get stuck in a boot loop. This is especially true when Wi-Fi is enabled on the camera unit (this happens a few seconds after booting), which requires more power. If this power isn’t available, the camera will shut down and restart. -
Hi Corey,
The camera should turn on as soon as the ignition is turned on. I assume you connected the yellow wire to a switched power supply as instructed in the manual.
When the ignition is turned on, do you see green or red LEDs on the camera lit continuously or flashing? Do they stay on or go off after a while? -

Good to hear that the new remote control works better than the previous one. -
Hi Tony,
You’re talking about the Roadcam app, but which app is that? Is it the Innovv H5 app?
Innovv has released two apps, and for the H5, you need to use the Innovv H5 app.
Can you adjust other settings using the app?
Is the Wi-Fi LED on the H5 lit or flashing when you try to connect?
Can you see on your iPhone that you have a Wi-Fi connection with the H5? You don’t have a VPN enabled when you connect?
iPhones sometimes have trouble connecting to an Innovv camera. You can put your iPhone in airplane mode and then manually connect to the Wi-Fi connection with the H5. -
With other Innovv camera models, you can use the app to configure which information you want to display or hide. Only the watermark remains visible at all times. You can’t turn it off. It also requires at least one character. A dot is not accepted as a watermark. I’ve already asked Innovv several times if the watermark text can be disabled. This watermark is always annoyingly visible when I try to edit video recordings.

If the K6 is connected correctly according to the manual, it will turn off correctly when the ignition is turned off. This is done using the yellow wire. Interrupting the constant power supply (red and black wires) before the K6 is turned off can certainly cause problems.
Manually turning off the K6 is only necessary if it is powered by a power bank, as there is no yellow control wire in that case. -
Hi Martin,
I’m not saying the system resets by default due to low power, but that it’s one of the possibilities that could cause your system to reboot. I’m also guessing what the cause might be because you haven’t provided much information about how you connected everything. The system shouldn’t reboot when the ignition is off. If it does, then something is wrong somewhere.
Where did you connect the power cables? The red, black, and yellow wires? Are the red and black wires connected directly to the battery?

Hi Tony,
Thanks for letting us know that everything is working fine now.
Enjoy your H5! -
Hi Andrew,
Have fun with your K7.
