Can you set the Wi-Fi timer on the N2 (using the Innovv App)? If this is possible, you could set it to a short time. On the K7, set the Wi-Fi timer to longer/continuous. After the Wi-Fi on the N2 is automatically turned off, only the Wi-Fi on the K7 remains. -

It is strange that dust got into your lens. The K5 has an IP67 rating. So the K5 is supposed to be dustproof. Could it be that the rubber seal behind the SD card slot cover is missing?
You can open the K5 by removing the 4 Phillips screws at the top. It is fiddly work, but if you are handy, you can carefully remove everything internally and get to the lens. -

The SD card meets the specs set by Innovv. The K3 can handle SD cards up to 256GB and requires at least a U1 (UHS Speed ​​Class 1) or V10 (Video Speed ​​Class 10) rating or higher.
Did you format the SD cards using the Innovv app? If you format them using the computer, the K3 might not work well with the SD card.
The green camera LED, how often and how fast does it blink? This can give an indication of what is happening. See the manual as well.
So, the fact that the green LED might blink is normal? Have you already checked if you are missing any recordings or if they are stored in the Accident or Protected Videos folder, for example?

It is also recommended to format the SD card using the Innovv app. This ensures the SD card has the correct file indexing.

I don’t know what brand of phone you have. But on an Android phone, in the Wi-Fi settings, you can specify for each Wi-Fi connection whether or not it is allowed to connect automatically.
You could set up the connection with the N2 like this. However, if you start driving and want to connect to the N2, you will have to establish it manually. Or you will have to manually turn off the N2 again while downloading the K7 videos. -

A voltage that is too low can indeed cause problems. Perhaps this is also the reason why no recordings of the driving were made.
The Thunderbox does not switch off the yellow wire when you start driving? Because then the K3 switches off.
Perhaps there was also a (too) large voltage drop during starting, causing the K3 not to start up properly anymore. -

I suspect your battery is starting to go bad. Can you measure it with a multimeter? I think the battery voltage has dropped below 12V. -

The point you need to pay attention to is that the RC6 is started up correctly. And perhaps even more importantly, that the RC6 is turned off correctly.
If the RC6 is not turned off correctly, this can cause problems. So always ensure that the RC6 is switched off via the yellow trigger wire.
Simply removing the power from the red and black wires can cause the last recording in progress not to be terminated properly and therefore become unplayable. Additionally, the SD card can become corrupted, resulting in the RC6 malfunctioning or ceasing to function altogether. -

What you can do is place a switch in the yellow wire.
The sequence for switching on and off would then be:
Switch on:- switch on motor (12 volts comes on)
- switch on the yellow wire using the switch
- RC6 turns on
Switch off:
- switch off the yellow wire with the switch
- wait until the RC6 is switched off
- switch off the motor (12 volts goes off)
Okay, it is a bit cumbersome and you might forget to flip the switch in the yellow wire once in a while. But this way, you can properly start and switch off the RC6.
