If the converter is working correctly, try removing and checking all connections.
Are you using the extension cable?
Have you turned the camera on and then switched the ignition off and see if camera shuts off correctly? Takes about 25 seconds .

“I installed the K6 device using the DC converter, connecting the positive and negative terminals to the battery and the yellow wire to a terminal activated by the ignition key. The device was previously configured, formatted, and tested using a power bank. Everything worked fine.
I installed the K6 on the motorcycle and connected the device through the DC converter as described above. The solid blue LED indicates standby and when the engine is running the flashing blue LED indicates correct connection and activation of the K6. However, the following happens: the K6 button flashes red and does not stabilize in solid red, I cannot connect to the Wi-Fi and after a short while the device turns off! Help me”

Red and black wires should be connected to battery or other permanent power point.
Yellow wire should be connected to a switched live feed, so that the K6 can switch on and switch off correctly with ignition.

Hi Coran.
You will need to connect your K6 to a permanent live/earth feed. I assume your acc2 feed is switched with the ignition.
Can you connect to the WiFi with your phone at all?

Press button for about 3 seconds. Same to switch off.

But you still need to use INNOVV app to connect to K6, so how does this help?

You can’t connect the K6 to a laptop.
You have to remove microSD card and plug that into laptop.
You may need a card reader to connect the two.

Can you check with multimeter? If not, then try connecting yellow wire and see if the INNOVV K6 works correctly.

Hi Brian.
The K6 should start recording without the app. It should go into record about 10 seconds after you switch on the bike.
Are your red and black cables connected to a permanent feed? And yellow to a switched feed?

I’ll give it a try next week. See if it’s an improvement for me and report back.

Good to know.
Does it download any quicker?
What is the advantage over INNOVV app?

Yellow just triggers the K6 on/off for standard functions. Otherwise it sits in sleep mode unless it detects a vibration or colision.
