Hi Roy,
Could it be that this has to do with which Bluetooth ‘channel’ you are using. With my Schuberth (=Sena) system I can indicate what I want to pair, a phone, GPS or another device (A2DP/handsfree). The type of device indicates which priority and possibilities in operation there are. Phone has priority over GPS has priority over music.
Perhaps Cardo also has similar possibilities and you have to pair the N1 in a different way.
I would like to hear if and how it worked. -
Hi Roy,
I have no experience with MRA myself. But when I search for your MRA problem I come across this several times on the internet. MRA and Android Auto are not a perfect combination while Apple CarePlay is supposed to handle MRA better.
It seems that with version 4.3. 5-378 the problem is supposed to be solved.
I also often read the tip to first start the MRA app on your phone and then start Android Auto.
Maybe this can be a solution for you. -
Hi Andrey,
I suspect the power converter is broken.
You will need to contact your seller for a new dc converter. -
Hi Andrey,
The firmware of the K6 does support the shutdown feature. I also have the K6 and it shuts down properly. As soon as the ignition is turned off, the K6 does not immediately turn off. The ongoing recording must be properly shut down by the K6, this can take a few seconds.
Can you use a multimeter to measure whether the yellow wire is actually voltage-free after the ACC power has been shut down? To be sure that there is no leakage current anywhere that prevents the K6 from shutting down.
It could also be that the power converter is defective. In this case, please contact Innovv via the contact form. -
Hi Christopher,
A green flashing camera symbol does not indicate a connection problem. It means that there is no recording. See also the manual.
The cause may be that the SD card is not properly inserted, is defective or does not meet the requirements for an Innovv camera. Use an SD card of at least U3. Formatting is best done using the Innovv app.
You do not mention which brand/type of phone you are trying to connect to. iPhones sometimes have problems connecting to Innovv. In that case, the tip is to put your iPhone in airplane mode and manually make a wifi connection with the K3. -
Hi Andrey,
Where and how did you connect the yellow wire?
The yellow wire must be switched contact, this wire indicates to the K6 whether the K6 should switch on or off.
The power consumption of the K6 in standby is very low. If a battery is drained by this low current below 12.5V, the LED on the power converter should flash red, see also the label on the power converter. -
Hi Stephanie,
The part about the accident folder is my mistake. The H5 does not have an accident folder. I have also edited my previous message.
The red LED, is it on continuously or is it flashing?
After how much time does the H5 switch off? When the battery runs out, the H5 switches off automatically. With the highest resolution and bitrate I can record for about 3.5 hours. Wifi is then turned off because that is a big power consumer.
Did you format the SD card on a computer or in the H5 using the app? It is recommended to do this with the app. If you do this with a computer, it can sometimes happen that the H5 sees the card, but no longer writes files to it. This can also happen if you have put the SD card in the computer to download the video files.
What type of SD card are you using, a U1 or U3 class? U1 is a ‘slower’ SD card and is not recommended. -
Hi Adam,
I suspect that the problem is caused by the K6 not being turned off properly.
Maybe test by first turning off the K6 with the on/off button on the K6 and then turning off your ZZR1400. -
Hi Adam,
The date and time reset is not as it should be.
How do you turn off the K6? If you turn it off by removing the power supply, this could be a cause.
Could it be that a large peak or dip in the supply voltage occurs when starting your ZZR1400?
The DC converter is connected properly, red and black to constant plus and minus, yellow to a switched power supply? -
Hi Vance,
Forum member Bob @Blepp is willing to help you via Facetime.Bob writes:
“I’m a K7 owner in Canada three hours ahead of you. I’m happy to FaceTime with you on a second device so you can show me your screen. It may be something simple. Mine has been rock solid for a year. The WiFi name to choose starts with “K7”.So you can contact Bob.

Hi Vance,
iPhones sometimes have trouble connecting to an Innovv camera.
What can help is to put the iPhone in Airplane mode and then manually connect to the wifi with the Innovv camera. -
Hi Robo63,
I think I have the solution now.
The cause of your problem is that you have a VPN turned on before you connect to your K3. That is why the key at the top of the screen is visible. You must first turn off your VPN and then make a wifi connection with your K3.
I just tested this with my K3 and can generate exactly the same error message. -
Hi Robo63,
Thanks for the feedback.
Have fun with your K3. -

The K7 can only handle one wifi band at a time.
So you have to make a choice in advance, 2.4G or 5G.
With 5G you can download the videos a bit faster. But in my opinion it is still too slow if you want to download a lot of videos. Putting the SD card in your computer and then downloading is faster.
