    Hi Peter,
It looks like the firmware flashing isn’t going as it should. See this video to see how the LEDs should flash: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGvg1051gPI
Flashing might also fail if you use an SD card that’s too large. Try using an SD card no larger than 32GB.

    Hi Steven,
If your K6 is still under warranty, I would definitely contact the seller. You might be able to receive a different system under warranty.

    Hi Steven,
It’s also possible that the rear camera is defective.
Is the front camera (main system) starting up properly and functioning normally?

    Hi Scott,
Do you mean you want to drive a route with the N2 based on a GPX file? If so, try searching for apps that can display a GPX file as a route. Make sure the app is compatible with Android Auto/Apple CarPlay (depending on which one you use).

    Hi Karel,
Does the SD card meet Innovv’s requirements? A write speed higher than U1.
Also try lowering the bitrate a bit.

    Hi Cameron,
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to pair both a phone and a headset with the N2. I’ve already asked Innovv if they would consider this in further development of the N2 software.

    Hi Ahmad,
In the app, under “Preview Default,” you can specify which image you want as the default. Here, you can choose rear.
The app is actually only intended for configuring the K6 and downloading video recordings. Therefore, only portrait mode is possible.
Furthermore, the K6 has a delay in the video image. So, I wouldn’t recommend using it as a mirror. But that’s a choice you have to make yourself, for your own safety.

    Hi Ahmad,
Unfortunately, you have to choose between the mobile network and the K6’s Wi-Fi.
The K6 (app) isn’t designed to continuously view video footage. I believe this is only possible for a few minutes, after which the video playback stops.
Furthermore, the K6 has a delay in the video feed, so I wouldn’t rely on the video feed if you intend to use it as a mirror.

    Hi Steven,
You can remove the extension cable and connect the camera directly to the front camera. This way, you can rule out the extension cable as the problem.
The camera’s output is unknown. It’s not a USB camera, so as far as I know, it doesn’t have a wired connection with a positive and negative power supply and two data connections.

    Hi Nigel,
The K7 microphone isn’t really designed to be mounted in a helmet. It’s more designed for motorcycle mounting. The sound can be muffled by the helmet’s dampening. You could try removing the muffler; the sound might improve somewhat. But don’t expect too much from it.

    Hi Roman,
Do you have an active Wi-Fi connection with your K7 while using the app? Is the K7 turned on?
Do you have a VPN or firewall/virus scanner turned on? If so, try turning them off and see what happens.
Sometimes iPhones have trouble connecting to an Innovv camera. We recommend putting your iPhone in Airplane mode and then manually establishing a Wi-Fi connection with the K7.

    Hi Laurence,
I just tested my ThirdEye, and unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me.
I have the first-generation ThirdEye mirror version. So my version doesn’t have any memory.
    Hopefully, you’ll have better luck.
