Hi Jeff,
Have you checked all folders to see if there are recordings?
Maybe your G-sensor is too sensitive and the recordings are in the Accident Videos folder.
Looping should not affect the total recorded GB. Looping only becomes interesting when the SD card is full because it then becomes FiFo (first-in-first-out) with the recordings. -
Hi Aaron,
Thanks for your feedback.
Good that the problems are now solved.
Have fun with your K3 -
Hi Aaron,
I suspect that you have a power problem with your motorcycle. Can you also measure the voltage when the engine of your motorcycle is running? Did you connect the red and black wire directly to the battery?
I also suspect that the acc connection (yellow wire) is not connected to a good switched power supply. Does this yellow wire receive enough power when the ignition is turned on?
The blue LED should normally be on continuously. If it flashes, this means that the battery voltage is not correct.
If not enough power is supplied, it is possible that when the Wifi wants to start up, the K3 will fail because not enough power is supplied. Wifi requires more power
I do not know if you are trying to connect with an Android or iPhone. But iPhones can sometimes have difficulty connecting to an Innovv camera via wifi. Advice is to put the iPhone in airplane mode and then manually connect to wifi.
You have the same problem with 2x K3, have you also tried a different power module? I think the problem lies with the connections and the power supply of your motorcycle. -
Hi Aidan,
The ThirdEye does not give a signal for every vehicle that overtakes you.
It depends on the distance between you and the other vehicle, the difference in speed and the angle relative to the ThirdEye. I have also noticed that not every vehicle that overtakes me gives a message. I have set the ThirdEye almost horizontally and I think I get a message faster that way. But that is just a feeling.
Have you checked all the connectors of your ThirdEye to see if they are properly secured and no moisture has entered?
Otherwise, contact Innovv UK. -
Hi Michael,
I think you can try the same thing with the K3 that is mentioned in this K5 topic.
The point remains that you have to activate the yellow wire somehow to wake up the K3.

Hi David,
iPhones can sometimes have a bit more trouble making a wifi connection with an innovv camera.
The advice is to put the iPhone in airplane mode and manually make the wifi connection with the Innovv camera. -
Hi Jeff,
Thanks for the feedback.
Have fun with your K7. -
Is it possible that your phone cannot play MP4 files? Try playing the files with the VLC player app from VideoLan. It does not work with another phone either.
Do you see the files in the app, but you cannot start them or do you not see them at all?
If you want to play them, did you download them first? Or do you watch the recordings directly via the app from the camera?
If you get an error message on the screen, what is it?

5, Updates take much longer than 2 seconds. After the successful upgrade, the K7 will automatically boot up and the red light will be solid on. The firmware will be deleted once updating is finished.Format the SD card before the update using the Innovv app.
Make sure the SD card is completely empty and place the update file in the root of the SD card.Questions
1, renaming is not necessary
2, A 64G card is probably too big. Try a card between 8 and 32GB
3, You can format the card with the Innovv app. -

I am not the maker of the manuals, these are made by Innovv. I am just an enthusiastic Innovv user🙂 -
Hi Jeff,
It is true that you should format the SD card using the app and not a computer.
You can’t access video files from your phone… You can’t play them with the app or download them? -
Hi Bernado,
On which other K7 page did you ask your question?
1
If you have connected the yellow wire properly to a switched power supply, the K7 will start automatically when you turn on the ignition of your motorcycle. The K7 will then also turn off automatically when the ignition is turned off.2
iPhones sometimes have trouble getting a wifi connection with the Innovv cameras. If this is the case, the advice is to put the iPhone in airplane mode and then manually make the wifi connection.3
The iPhone does not have to be connected to the K7.
The K7 will automatically start recording.
The iPhone only has to be connected to the K7 if you:- want to change settings
- want to download recordings.
To download a lot of recordings, it is better to put the SD card in your computer. The wifi connection of the K7 is not fast. Downloading a lot of videos takes too much time. Downloading a single video is no problem.

The yellow wire is not the primary power source, those are the red and black.
The yellow wire is only a switch wire to switch the K7 on or off. You can connect this wire to the red wire during testing. If you want the K7 to switch off again, disconnect the yellow wire from your red wire.
In any case, do not use Scotch Lock connectors. These will eventually cut through your cable due to the vibration of the wiring.
Wago connectors are a good option. The best option is to solder, then you do not have to cut any cables.Below is a picture of a Scotch Lock connector (worthless junk)

The Wago connectors are more intended for the electrical installation in a home. That is why they only have a wire connection on one side. I have no experience with Wago how these remain clamped when they vibrate due to engine vibrations.
The Posi Tap seems to me a better solution. Make sure you order Posi Tap for the correct wire diameter. A Posi Tap that is too large can eventually damage your wiring (too much).
I prefer soldering myself.
