<p>If you read the SD card in a computer, can you see if recordings are actually being made? From both the front and rear cameras?</p>
<p>It is possible that if one of the cameras is defective or not connected properly, the K7 cannot boot up properly. Consequently, no K7 Wi-Fi is visible. You could then swap the working camera with&hellip;</p>

I can actually say it’s worthless. This is because the K6 has a small microphone opening behind the LED, and the wind blows hard over it with all the wind noise.</span></p>
<p>You can try sticking some foam over this opening, which can act as a ‘deadcat’. It’s a bit of trial and error to figure out what works&hellip;</p>

<p>The sound quality of the K6 isn&#8217;t great. I can actually say it&#8217;s worthless. This is because the K6 has a small microphone opening behind the LED, and the wind blows hard over it with all the wind noise.<br /><span>You can try sticking some foam over this opening, which can act as a &#8216;deadcat&#8217;. It&#8217;s a bit of trial and error&hellip;</span></p>

In my situation, this is a position where the microphone is reasonably sheltered from the wind because I have a large dashboard and screen. As a result, I experience less wind noise. Make sure the foam cap stays on the microphone. Without it, you will have much more wind noise in your recording.</span></p>

Therefore, connecting the laptop directly to the K6 via Wi-Fi will not result in any speed improvement. The K6’s Wi-Fi is the limiting factor.</span></p>
<p>The fastest way is to insert the SD card into your computer and download the video files that way.</p>

<p>I own a BMW K1600GT myself. <span>I took the switched power supply from the top case connector. I suspect this isn&#8217;t present on the RS1250. However, the license plate light power supply is also a good option.</span></p>
<p>The yellow wire draws no power, so this has no influence on the CANbus operation. Switching off can indeed take about 30 seconds on&hellip;</p>

<p>The yellow wire is your control wire; it must therefore switch along with the motorcycle&#8217;s ignition.</p>
<p>If you do want to switch the continuous power supply, ensure that it is only switched off once the N2&hellip;</p>
